Visiting Pilots
Deeside Gliding Club offers free reciprocal membership to current members of all Scottish gliding clubs, as well as every University Gliding Club and operates throughout the year;
- Winter months (Nov 1st - April 31) Weekend flying with mid week flying by prior arrangement
- Summer Months (1st May - 31 Oct) Flying 7 days a week
During the summer we have a full time Instructor who will be happy to cater for all group or individual flying requirements. Visitor's gliders are welcome but if you do not want to trail your glider long distances, club aircraft are available daily use or weekly hire.
The club has limited bunkroom accommodation with full toilet shower and self catering facilities There is plenty of B&B and self catering in the immediate area.
Visitors wishing to book a a slot for the Wave season Sept /Oct please fill in the form. For all bookings outside the wave season an email or phone call is sufficient.
